The Bienenstock Group of Companies Announces Growth in its Leadership

Bienenstock Natural Playgrounds (BNP) and its subsidiaries are pleased to announce the leadership team is growing and changing with the continued expansion and success of the companies by adding John El-Raheb as the new CEO. Adam Bienenstock will continue to mentor the management team at BNP while expanding his role as the company’s lead trainer, industry advocate, writer and speaker.

El-Raheb has been with the firm for 15 years and has served a number of roles, most recently as the Vice-President of Global Sales & Marketing. Other roles over the past decade have included Web Developer, Project Manager, IT Manager and Mentorship Program Lead.

As the CEO, John will focus on leading the team in the delivery of the myriad of projects, services, and goods already in place, increasing efficiencies, and establishing systems that will allow the companies to continue to expand across Canada and the US. “I couldn’t be more honoured to take on these new responsibilities for a cause that I have always shared with the company.” said El-Raheb. “The people who I work with every day are remarkable, talented and relentlessly positive. I am excited to take on the role to advocate for their growth, the growth of the company, and the growth of the movement to connect children to nature through play.”

Adam will continue to act as the company’s lead trainer, public speaker, writer and industry advocate. “As the Founder of the company, I have advocated to raise the standards for our industry, our company, and our team. John and I have worked side by side through it all and now is the natural time for John to lead the firm,” said Bienenstock. “I look forward to working closely with John as he grows the business and offer my support as a mentor to him and our team.”
